A Triumphant Comeback in the Global Champions League

After months of effort and determination, the Scandinavian Vikings found themselves in the upper ranks of the Global Champions Tour leaderboard. The teams riding skills were tested as they faced a challenging season before finding their rhythm amongst fierce competition. Their recent performances proving why they belong among the elite in showjumping.
Despite finishing with a total of 48 penalties over two rounds at the Super Cup Finals in Riyadh, the team delivered a performance that secured them a top-ten standing. Riders Donald Whitaker, Sara Vingralkova, Nicola Pohl and Jur Vrieling, along with their talented horses Millfield Colette, Jean Couture, Kas-Sini DC, & Helwell du Chabus, demonstrated their skill and determination. Their collective talents delivered a performance that defined their season and captivated fans worldwide.
Team owner and manager Geir Gulliksen said ‘The team will learn from this and will come back stronger in 2025’ and, with their current momentum, we eagerly anticipate the heights they will reach in the coming year. Congratulations to the Scandinavian Vikings!
