Publication date: 16th August

After the Tokyo Olympics the 9th leg of the tour resumed at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, London. The testing course built by Uliano Vezzani was set at 1.50m. The course featured two doubles that proved tricky for teams with a finishing touch of a delicate vertical.

On the opening day in London, first to the stage for the Vikings were Evelina Tovek and Winnetou de la Hamente Z, but a tricky double resulted in a fence down and the opportunity to have a clean sheet. Frank Schuttert was second into the ring for the Vikings but the delivery was not quite to plan with the Vikings finishing the first round on 12 faults.

The Vikings, kept to the same team for day two with Evelina Tovek and Winnetou de la Hamente Z first to tackle the course delivering a clear round. Frank Schuttert and Lyonel D soon followed in the footsteps of Evelina Tovek and Winnetou de la Hamente Z  becoming the first team on the day to get a double clear. The Vikings finished the London leg overall in 6th place.
